Profile & Honors

Jun H. Yu is a principal of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private placements, commercial contracts, real estate, energy law, financings and credit facilities, licensing and technology, with a particular emphasis in general corporate law.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Yu served as General Counsel to Fort Pitt Group, LP in Pittsburgh. He founded a consulting firm to advise domestic and foreign energy companies on how to successfully enter into international markets. Mr. Yu also founded and was President of PennGlobal Law Associates, PC, a general practice law firm in Ross Township. He has represented clients in manufacturing, technology, energy, real estate, food, retail, distribution, entertainment, healthcare, hospitality, and other sectors. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Yu worked as a reporter and editor at major metropolitan newspapers.

Mr. Yu speaks Korean.
